Obama Joins Instagram
Barack Obama, unsurprisingly, is gearing up for the 2012 elections with an even broader assault on online media than the first time around. He’s set up shop on new platforms that gained popularity, Tumblr for example, and now’s going mobile with his new Instagram account.
You shouldn’t be expecting too many faux-vintage shots of the White House halls or any other type of hipsterish pics that certainly don’t define the photo sharing service, since, for one, Obama doesn’t even own an iPhone and you need one to make the most of the service. But you should be expecting more candid shots of the current US President as he finishes up his last year of his first term and gets ready for another four, providing he wins the elections.
